Fit4Baby »

Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long Fit4baby class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our Fit4baby instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The class is for all stages of pregnancy.

Stroller Strides »

Our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"! Stroller Strides is a wonderful Mommy-and-Me activity!

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and strength training using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post-natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. All of our instructors abide by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ recommendations for exercises. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom.

Dress appropriately for exercise. Bring a water bottle & yoga mat for core work and stretching. It is helpful to bring a small toy or snack for your child while in the stroller.

Stroller Barre »

FIT4MOM offers the country's only stroller-based barre class! Stroller Barre is a unique Mommy-and-Me activity!

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides®.

This workout is designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture all while their little ones are in tow. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up.

Run club »

It is time to dust off your running shoes and join us for this 8-week session of Running Club to train for a 5k or 10k!

Running Club is the perfect way to start running for the first time if don't know where to start, or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine or maybe you need some running accountability!

Led by a certified running coach, you'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients. There is a discount for spouses as well! Make Sundays a family day!

We will provide the training schedules so you can train for your first 5k or 10k race, Summer Fitness Day Race at Magnuson Park on August 19th.

We will be meeting every Sunday at 9:30am.
