It is time to dust off your running shoes and join us for this 8-week session of Running Club to train for a 5k or 10k!
Running Club is the perfect way to start running for the first time if don't know where to start, or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine or maybe you need some running accountability!
Led by a certified running coach, you'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients. There is a discount for spouses as well! Make Sundays a family day!
We will provide the training schedules so you can train for your first 5k or 10k race, Summer Fitness Day Race at Magnuson Park on August 19th.
We will be meeting every Sunday at 9:30am.
