Join us for prenatal, parent and me, kids, restorative, vinyasa, and yoga fusion classes in our studio.

Restorative Yoga (Prenatal Friendly) - A class focused on opening tight joints and calming the mind. It includes some slower flow elements along with static postures with longer hold times aimed at stretching your muscles, healing connective tissues, and restoring proper alignment. Beneficial for all abilities. Prenatal folks are welcome to this class along with those who are not pregnant to recover, reset, repair and release. Wednesday 6:45pm

Vinyasa Slow Flow (Prenatal Friendly) - Build strength and flexibility through continuous movement with a vinyasa flow! This prenatal friendly class syncs yoga postures with breath work in a welcoming environment. Each sequence is safe for every stage of pregnancy and postpartum with variations throughout class for our more advanced yogis. Sunday at 11am

Parent and Me - This class is designed to deepen the bond between you and the child in your care. Together, you will learn self-regulation, creative movement, time to relax, and lots of laughter. Tuesday/Thursday's 11:30am
