Welcome to FIT4MOM® South Seattle

FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

Prenatal Fitness Classes

Prenatal Classes

Our prenatal fitness (FIT4BABY®) class and Prenatal Yoga classes are designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin our prenatal classes at any point during pregnancy.

Group Fitness for Moms

Parent and Me & Child Optional Classes

Our parent and me classes Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre are the perfect classes to get a workout in while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!

Our child optional classes let you have the flexibility of brining your child along with you for the workout but the workout does not include the singing, shakers, scarves, and fun for baby.

Strength Class for Moms

Body Boost® (HIIT)

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged.

TRX suspension training combined with dynamic bodyweight exercises designed to build strength, flexibilty, core stability, and boost cardio performance.

Body Ignite

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and more energized. This easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, push and pull everything mom-life throws at you!

Fitness Program for Moms

Body Well™

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Run Club

A program for all levels, Run Club+ allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other runners and friends. This program includes comprehensive 5K and 10K training programs, a private Facebook group, and weekly check ins with Coach Heather. No running experience required!

Personal Training

Our personal trainers are ACE & NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specific expertise in training prenatal and postnatal women. Through a 30-minute free consultation, they will be able to listen to you, your specific considerations and goals, and formulate a plan that is just right for you. Whether you prefer to meet with them once for a one-hour assessment and training session, or sign up for four or eight sessions in order to meet larger goals over time, they will be thrilled to work with you!

Nutrition Coaching

Heather Stiles is a Chef and Nutrition Coach with over 9 years experience working with a variety of clients and businesses in the culinary and nutrition industry. She helps her clients feed themselves and their families healthy foods with confidence and joy. Through her own health and weight loss journey Heather became passionate about Nutrition and Wellness and helping others find their own path to reaching their health goals.

Our Community supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in your local area.
